Through a national network of experienced and appropriately authorised field agents, ACS Debt Collection can promptly and effectively assess an individual’s circumstances and the potential for debt recovery and asset recovery, where lawful and appropriate.

ACS deploys field activity strategically to support informed recovery decisions, manage risk, and progress matters efficiently.

Lawful Field Verification and Engagement

Where authorised, ACS field agents may assist with verifying key information relevant to recovery assessment, including:

  • Current residential status and occupancy confirmation
  • Employment verification and income indicators
  • Identification of assets and liabilities
  • Insurance status, where relevant
  • Assessment of the individual’s overall financial position
  • Conducting structured field interviews
  • Facilitating pre-disconnection or pre-enforcement discussions, where applicable

All field activity is conducted lawfully, professionally, and in accordance with applicable legislation, licensing requirements, and client instructions.

  • Adhere to privacy, conduct, and ethical obligations
