While we do not claim to locate every debtor, we guarantee that we use every lawful and appropriate avenue of inquiry within your approved budget. As a result, our clients receive an efficient, effective, and transparent debtor location service.

Throughout the investigation, we keep you informed of progress. Upon completion, we provide a comprehensive final report detailing all searches conducted and outcomes identified.

Skip Tracing Methods

ACS uses a range of proven skip tracing methods to locate persons of interest. Importantly, we conduct all investigations in strict accordance with applicable Acts, regulations, and licensing requirements governing debt collection and investigations in Australia.

  • Company and ASIC records
  • Bankruptcy and insolvency searches

Skip Tracing Costs

Skip tracing costs vary depending on the depth of search required and the range of resources needed to achieve the desired outcome.

  • Standard skip tracing searches start at $200 + GST
  • We generally recommend clients budget $200 – $400 + GST for a standard investigation

Standard searches include:

  • Access to all available databases
  • Outlays up to $15 per search

Outlays exceeding this amount, such as company searches, bankruptcy searches, or real property searches, are charged at cost. Importantly, we seek your approval before conducting any additional paid searches.

In-Depth Skip Tracing

  • In-depth skip tracing starts at $500 + GST
  • Includes searches of all available databases
  • All outlays included

Upon completion, we provide a detailed written report listing every avenue searched and the results obtained.
